Apartment Phone-: can be requested from the main office, who will take an imprint of your credit card. You are required to pay the bill upon departure, but the management reserves the right to request payment at any time during your stay (subject to property).
Mobile Phone: A deposit of £20.00 is required, which will be refunded once the phone is returned in the same condition as before the loan (subject to property).
Deposit: A refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking.
Breakages: you will be required to pay for any item/s damaged or broken during your stay at the property.
Food: The facility is self catering and guests are expected to purchase their own food. Arrangements can be made with the maid to do your cooking at an extra cost.(extra cost can cover both cooking & laundry)
Keys: If the keys are lost, a charge will be incurred to provide a replacement.
The company will not be held liable and will be otherwise rendered harmless for any events arising in law as a result of any delay(s), substitution(s), rescheduling(s) or change(s) in the provision of accommodations or services provided by such company for reasons of military action, revolutions and Acts of God or by any agents, employees, sub contractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services herein.
The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel accommodation or other arrangement, and if the accommodation chosen by the Clients cannot be provided for any reason before the departure date the Company may substitute alternative arrangements of a similar nature. The arrangements can, however, sometimes be changed and in this event should the client wishes to cancel; such cancellation will be subject to the normal cancellation charges.
In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond the control of the Company necessitate the cancellation of the holiday arrangements the Company reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time and will only be liable to refund monies already paid by the Client.
All accommodation is booked exclusively for the persons named within the booking. No other persons may use the accommodation without the express permission of the Company. The full additional cost per night will be incurred per additional guest. Two guests per room is the maximum allowed.
In the unlikely event that the Client wishes to complain about any aspect of the
accommodation, the complaint should first be conveyed immediately to the
managers of the property. Should the matter remain unresolved to the
satisfaction of the Client, the Client should contact the company immediately by
phone/fax or email.
Should the client decide to cancel their accommodation upon arrival without
valid reasons; a cancellation charge of 3 nights at the full cost per night will be incurred by the client.
Your arrangement for airport transfer will normally be with Tropical Tours and
any issues with such transfer has to be taken up with them. Almond Tree apartments
cannot be held liable for any such issues.
The shared facilities e.g. swimming pool & tennis court are used at the clients own risk. The company will not be
responsible for any injury sustained by the guest and travel insurance is recommended.
Refund Policy: Deposit of 25% is non-refundable.
8 weeks or more - full refund less deposit;
2-8 weeks - 50% refund of full payment which includes the deposit;
Less than two weeks - no refund.
Should the client not adhere to the terms and conditions laid out above,
we reserve the right to terminate the booking of the
party in question at our discretion.
